Community Outreach and Recruitment

Chairs in this combined committee play a vital role in advancing the mission of Connect2Health by fostering community relationships and attracting dedicated volunteers. They actively engage with local organizations to ensure all Connect2Health members are informed about available services. By identifying community events for participation, they facilitate networking opportunities that promote our mission and highlight the work of partner organizations.

In addition, Chairs collaborate closely with the Program Manager to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aimed at attracting and retaining volunteers. They design innovative recruitment campaigns utilizing social media, outreach, and networking to build a robust talent pipeline. Through these efforts, they create partnerships that enhance our services and expand our overall impact in the community.

Resource Management

Chairs are responsible for maintaining and updating the Connect2Health Resource Database, ensuring that all information is accurate and comprehensive. They identify new resources that can benefit our patients, communicate updates to team members, and collaborate with community partners to close the resource loop, ensuring that patients receive the necessary support.

Marketing and Communications

Chairs oversee the management of Connect2Health's online presence, ensuring that all information is aesthetically pleasing and up to date. They work with other Chairs to promote recruitment efforts, share success stories, and highlight community partnerships through various social media platforms.

Information

The Information Chairs play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of Connect2Health by managing data and reporting on program impact. They are responsible for creating comprehensive reports to share with clinic leadership, ensuring that key metrics and outcomes are communicated clearly and effectively.

Chairs develop templates to track important metrics, facilitating consistent data collection and analysis. By monitoring and evaluating the program’s impact, they provide valuable insights that inform decision-making and drive improvements.
